How to store your food?

Just store in normal room temperature will do! Direct open and serve to your furbabies!

How long can your food last?

All our products can last in room temperature for up to 24months! Once open just store in chiller and finish within 2-3days.

Is your food raw or cooked?

All our food are cooked and ready to serve.

Do I need to reheat the food?

Nope! You do not need to reheat our food. Just feed straight from pouch. You may warm it up to make it more palatable. It all depends on what your furkid prefers.

We are proudly locally produced in Malaysia.

What are the delivery fees?

Delivery fees is RM11 ( via Ninjavan ). You will receive your products in 1 - 3 working days.
